I conduct interviews for news articles I write through WebEx meetings. Being able to record is super helpful. It would make my experience that much better, though, if I could easily jump 15 or so seconds in either direction. If I miss something someone said, I have to try to carefully scroll back just a little, which is very difficult to get exactly right. Half the time, just as I release the scrolly thingy that says what time I'm at in the recording, it jumps many seconds beyond where I wanted. It's very frustrating and makes the whole process take much longer than it should. (And yes, I know there are transcriptions, which are helpful to an extent, but also error-filled.) This would be especially challenging for people with small screens. This feature would also allow me to jump forward easily to skip irrelevant parts of a conversation. Thank you for considering!
