Chat Bubble Kill Switch

When there is a new chat message, a small bubble pops up with the name of the individual that initiated the chat. This bubble covers other buttons and the user must wait for the bubble to disappear before they can use those buttons. Customer wants a small X “kill switch” so users can close the bubble and get to the buttons without having to wait.
