Invite and remind feature should be not send a panelist link --New Events issue

All Invite and remind feature requests should send only an attendee link to a meeting. In the New Events --a panelist link is sent out.

    Discovered that when using the New Events that when the Invite and Remind feature sends panelists links to the invited. This is not consistent with WebEx Events(classic) or WebEx meetings, personal room or training. In the other suites an attendee link is sent.
