There should be an option to disable lobby during the meeting

we ( and others too) come through situations like a panel discussion where some speakers take part actively and others are passive listeners. in this case, the panelists would like to join ( arrive) earlier than scheduled time to discuss the strategy, topics to cover, moderation etc so they can set the stage for the event ( through webex meeting). once they have discussed and ready by the scheduled time, we need to allow anyone with the link to join without lobby and admission. I am not able to manage this. what i try is to lock the meeting when i start itself ( without setting the meeting to have a lobby for unlocked meetings) and then admit the speakers when they come, keeping others in the lobby ( being locked meeting). by scheduled time, i unlock the meeting so every one in the lobby can come in with admitting each. all fine so far. But now that the meeting is unlocked, i want free flow of anyone with the meeting link to join the meeting without admitting. unfortunately whoever coming to the meeting after I unlock the meeting , remains in the lobby and i have to either admit them or lock and unlock the meeting for all new comers in the lobby to join the meeting. this is is not smooth specially when there are many attendees. I request you either to have facility to disable lobby during the meeting or allow anyone to come in in an unlocked meeting if we have set the meeting not to have a lobby .Sorry for the long message
