Ability to monitor Hybrid Calendar meetings

Ability to monitor Hybrid Calendar meetings in Troubleshooting, Control Hub

Currently the Troubleshooting tab can only monitor the meetings of the users with Meeting licenses assigned.

If a meeting is scheduled by a user, who does not have a Webex Meetings license assigned or the meeting is a Spark Meeting, it cannot be viewed in Troubleshooting > Control Hub
