Make the meeting controls removable on a site level.

I am submitting this feature request on behalf of our Webex customer Paul.

Please find below his valuable feedback.

"Eliminate stationary cross-hatched boxes near top and top-right. Eliminate the very annoying cross-hatched box that hovers over the cursor as the cursor moves."
