Enable Configuration of Webex Meeting VDI Client logging behaviour

Currently Webex Meeting VDI Client logs: webexvdi [pid:UVWXYZ] is running every few seconds into the messages log on Linux Thin Clients. This makes the messages log files unreadable/unusable. Add configuration possibilities to: disable logging, change log file target, set intervall etc.
