Move "Hands up" option to bottom of screen

Move "Hands up" option to bottom of screen next to Mute button.

The “Hands Up” button should be moved to the bottom to the left of the Mute/Unmute button. It should be a separate button by itself rather than including it with Reactions. There is plenty of space for it.

Update. Cisco has implemented this! Thanks Cisco! You should mark this as "Already exits". Wow... I got one vote and this was implemented! I've wanted this since they changed the look and feel of Meetings.
