Move the Q&A button to it's own button next to the Participants and Chat button.

The Q&A icon is accessed after clicking on the three dots. It should have it’s own button next to the Chat button. There is plenty of room for this. Explaining to Attendees how to access this by telling them to click the three dots first is too much.
