Improved handling of multiple simultaneous incoming calls

Fix to TAC-402253 does not align to expectation - whilst better than an app crash, the immediate rejection of the second incoming call is a retrograde step from previous behaviour in the Connect app - our expectation was that a "toaster popup" would be delivered, giving the user the choice of which of the 2 (or more?) incoming calls to accept ...
