Automatic timezone conversion of typed time in messages

It's a very usual thing for a user to type something in their chat about a specific time. Usually that it's been typed in their own timezone, but in most cases other users are in different timezones. It would be great if we have some kind of a time/recognition parser that automatically converts the time typed to a user's local timezone.

For example if someone says 6:30 PM IST, it would print back to me something like 6:30 PM IST (9:00 AM EST) since this is my current timezone. It won't be visible to the other user, and it shoudn't be intrusive.

Even if they wrote 6:30 pm, it will assume it's local to their timezone and it will print it back to me at 9:00 am EST.
