Enable Password for Personal Room Meetings

Currently, both internal and external users can join meetings using the Personal Room URL or meeting number without a password. For security, we have the option of locking the room automatically after [0-20] minutes, forcing external users to wait in the lobby or not letting them join Personal Room meetings at all.

Our customer would like to enable passwords for Personal Room meetings for security reasons, so they could prevent uninvited attendees to join their meetings.

Passwords for PMRs are not a good idea - as the password is static and the PMR is always available - informing users of a password change is cumbersome at best
We are enabling the lobby for all PMRs in Jan 2022
