The layout works that way- If the customer holds the device vertically - the video of the participants is on full size.
If the customer rotates the device horizontally - the video of the participants is zoomed. The video can't be zoomed out and the picture is cut off both sides by 15%.
However, on iPhone, the feature of the rotating screen works on the opposite way(and the customer would like to have the same behavior on the iPad)
This issue is not monitored on Zoom or MS Teams
This is tracked on our backlog for future consideration

If we connect with the iPad to a webex meeting, the main image is zoomed to match the 12:9 iPad screen, however with this function we cut both sides of the 16:9 image, see an example here: https://share.netcloud.cloud/s/D8pKXxyx8rbToZH
When using Teams or Zoom this does not happen, cause they're putting a black bar on top and below the image, to match the 16:9 image: https://share.netcloud.cloud/s/QSKM4yx5bd4KWxw
We think that zom and microsoft have implemented the better approach to solve the 12:9/16:9 issue on the ipad, would be great to see this with webex aswell.
