Ability to transfer a call when using Call on Webex

We recently moved from Jabber to the Webex App. With Jabber, we had the ability to transfer a call when using Jabber Call. With the Webex App, when calling using a Call on Webex, there is no ability to transfer. This was a nice feature that our end users liked and miss since moving from Jabber to the Webex App.

    Call on Webex is free calling, not PSTN call.

    End user need to use PSTN call, like call remote user's working number, or mobile number, this is the call function which is the same with Jabber supporting call transfer
