Move Active Speaker to the Top of the Participant List

Our organization has been interested in seeing the active speaker dynamically move to the top of the Participant list, so that the Host/Alternate Host can quickly mute that individual or identify who may be speaking.

This would help us run better Q&A sessions in Meetings when there are many participants and the blue box showing active speaker at the top left is not keeping up fast enough with the change in speaker. Currently, it appears that the person answering questions is speaking the whole time, and the person asking the question is not obvious to participants.
