Control Hub(admin.webex.com) need to have an option to disable 1:1 Calling (non-PSTN)

Currently if you go to control hub(admin.webex.com), there is no option to disable 1:1 calling. Our enterprise use different tool for SIP calling. Hence we wanted to disable that feature in New Webex as we are planning to use new webex just for subset of users for meetings only.

Ability to disable "Call on Webex" is now supported. Customer admin can uncheck "Call on Webex" free calling option in License Template.
