Update Webex apps (all of them) to meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements

... specifically, Success Criterion 1.4.1, but I am sure others will apply

We sell to a diverse reseller and end-customer market place, with Accessibility being one of our core values - currently, the Webex applications are not up to scratch in this respect, thus restricting our sales opportunities and also going against our core value.
