Curator Role: Edit and share (curate) a managed hosts after-meeting content on their behalf

Executive Assistants need a Curator Role for the accounts of executives they manage. In SSO enabled corporate environments, an assistant's role is to capture meeting minutes, send follow up communications, and essentially curate the content generated by an executive's meeting session, but they can't login to their executive's account to do this. Rather than put the task of manually sharing meeting content (Highlights, Transcription, Recording, Attendance) on the executive (account host), the assistant can be assigned the Curator Role for the account of the person they manage to automatically have access to that content within their own Webex account page. In SSO enabled corporate orgs, assistants already have Webex accounts if they are able to schedule meetings for their executives. The Curator Role would be a similar assignment to the Scheduler Permission role. In the Meetings tab, a curator would have access to their managed host's meetings in the Completed Meetings list simliar to "My Meetings, All Meetings, and Shared With Me", the managed hosts could appear below those options.

We would really like to see this especially for recording management.

While initially discussed to meet the needs of the Executive Assistant use case, this is a feature other users would find useful as well especially in IT and Project Management scenarios where someone is the designated record keeper / note taker or for lack of better terms "curator".
