Camera should detect the lip movement and notify user: " You Are Muted, Please Unmute !"

when someone on mute and their camera is on and they start talking, Camera should detect the Lips movement and give announcement to user over speaker like " You are Muted, Please unmute !"

as speaker will be always ON, so announcement should be feasible. this can be similar way of announcing "This Session is being is recorded"
