When hovering over a contact in Outlook, customer sees the following options:
"Send a Message"
"Start audio-only Call"
"Start Video Call"
"Send an email"
as per https://help.webex.com/en-us/yf1gc7/Webex-Connect-Your-Microsoft-Outlook-Account
However, both calls (audio-only and video call) end up with the same result: A Video Call is initiated.
Need to have the option to make audio-only calls from Outlook (integrated with Webex)
