Send a Whiteboard from a Video Device without having to setup a local exchange accounts

The current way to setup a video device to be able to email a whiteboard is not really viable (adding an account to each video device is difficult). It would be good if the Control Hub could forward it from the account used to integrate the Calendar service instead of configuring this on each endpoint individually.
