Many clients want the dialogue from our chat sessions. With offensive words redacted, the interpretation of the dialogue will not be as robust as if the original words were used in the context of the conversation. Other software applications have a toggle switch that allow the user the "choice" to allow offensive words or not. Certainly, if I can speak the words in the audio, the transcript should reflect the accurate meaning of the dialogue.
