Be able to toggle noise removal via web interface on video codecs.

We have been having problems with users turning off the noise removal in conference rooms, and this is causing issues because the far end id able to hear background noises, and then we are getting complaints. We would like the ability to control noise removal from the web interface. Currently with the newer update (9.15.3.18), we are able to turn the noise removal button off on the touch 10, but that disables noise removal all together.

    We would like that feature aswell. We are missing the option as an administrator to activate the noise removal for devices. Especially in bigger rollouts this is a nice option to have. additionally an option, so that users cannot deactivate this feature would be nice.
