Allow Site admins to sign in to users WebEx accounts and edit a prescheduled meetings when needed

This feature will be useful when one of the users is out of office and need another person so start his run his meetings, there is no Cohost assigned while scheduling.

    Agreed - when we have users OoO suddenly, there are no good methods to provide another employee with cohost / alternate host access to a single meeting. This wouldn't be an issue if they would set it from the beginning, but that's not always possible.
