In our environment a lot of users need to attend the audio part through their phones which are controlled through the Jabber application. We've linked the Jabber application so that it is sufficient to click on the link "User other application..." at the top of the window.
But because of the nature of the link (and the wording also being cut off in the German version) most people don't notice that option but follow the steps 1 and 2 beneath which are more cumbersome.
Our suggestions would be to either change the text to the application that has been linked or even use the application icon as soon as there is a configured application. For example: "User Cisco Jabber to call"

See the highlighted button in the attached screenshot. The look has been slightly improved to what it was in July, but if there's an associated application, it would be useful to have it at the top of the screen and/or with an icon that shows more clearly that a click there will be the comfortable way to go instead of manually calling the provided phone number.
