At Truist we need persistent chat in meetings. If a participant joins late, that participant needs to be able to see the conversation taking place in the chat prior to their joining.
The chats need to be retrievable for all past meetings by owner

Desperately need this for Incident Management. Teammates joining after the fact, have to interrupt the call to ask for status or other pertinent details.

We have a dire need for a persistent chat...especially when on our Incident Management calls where we have resources joining 15-30 minutes into the call, after a lot of information has been posted in the chat.

For Q&A the messages are persistent but we prefer to use the Chat.
