When SSO is enabled, accounts cannot be switched without switching browser / use incognito window / clear cache.
1. Slido website to log-in
2. clicks "Log in with Webex"
3. goes through the Webex login page and gets to Slido admin
4. logs out
5. proceeds to log in with Webex again
6. This time the Webex login page does not load, but it gets you into Slido admin automatically.
Hello, it's Juraj from Slido here. I would suggest the following:
log out of your Webex account first in your browser
go to Slido.com and try to login again with a different Webex account
This way the step 6 in your flow would not take you to Slido admin automatically but ask you for Webex credentials.
In case there is some active Webex session remember by your browser, the browser will always automatically connects you under that connected Webex account.
