The request is to add a function for WebEx site administrators to monitor upcoming meetings for their users on the website as currently there is no such option.
The only option is to get reports for past meetings but not for upcoming i.e. who scheduled them, when, etc.
On the backend, Cisco engineers can pull an upcoming meetings report for the whole website but this is not feasible as everytime the customer wants such a report they will need to contact WebEx Support.
