Call Disconnect Tone for Webex Call

Currently during webex audio call (two end points p2p call), we do not hear any audio alert if the other end disconnects the call. As this is a softphone we think it is good to have a beep sound during call disconnect and there is a control to enable/disable this alert globally or device basis.
