Webex for Broadworks can now search and display Broadworks personal and common contact lists.
However this does not add them automatically to a buddy list and does not apply to a Communicator/Connect Contact List - i.e. contacts added locally to the Communicator/Connect app, that are stored within a "blob" on the Broadworks UMS.
This is a request for a way for Communicator/Connect Contact lists to be migrated from the Client/UMS database either into Webex for Broadworks or directly into the Webex client, which would enable an easier migration of end users from UMS to Webex for Broadworks.
This inability to migrate contact lists from Communicator/Connect intop webex (in any form!) has been called out as a significant blocker to migration by several of our customers ... what about anyone else?
