Allow more than one presenter role in Webex Training

The host and panelist roles are pretty useless, and in order to have a proper moderator, please allow more than one presenter role to be added. The role of a moderator to help get things set up, as well as set up on the fly if needed. The lack of presenter ability, makes a moderator pretty useless in webex training.
