Right now to find the User names (who can access remotely) for each device here is the process:

Find device > click on name to open > click on blue hyper link name to bring up menu with "Web portal" option > click on "Web portal" , then "Advanced" "Proceed" > Users, then you can finally see the Users.

This is a big deal if you are adding a local user to each device to be able to push a new button to the touch 10, as if you miss adding a user, you have no way to know which devices still need this new user added other than to go through each device and do all of the above steps. The only option you have right now is to keep a spreadsheet, then do a stare and compare to see which new devices are on the spreadsheet and need a user added. This is an administrative nightmare.
