Improve the process for Webex app with UCM Calling to establish Phone Services

Currently, there's multiple steps for a Webex app user to establish Phone Services with UCM Calling. If the process can be improved on both desktop and mobile platforms, the transition from Jabber to Webex app will have a improved user experience.
