Consistent Icons and Backgrounds on legacy telepresence enpoints

The icons and backgrounds were refreshed on the newer endpoints, but our legacy SX, MX and DX devices were not updated. We would like a consistent experience across all Touch 10 controlled devices that register to control hub. Users may find the different layouts confusing and documentation is a challenge.
