Enterprise Ready Badge Notification on iOS for Webex App

Currently the Badge Counter is not synced across different installations. e.g. if new messages are pusehd, then the Badge Indicator will update.

But when I read messages on a different device (e.g. PC, Tablet, Mobile), then the Badge will not get updated on other iOS Devices unless I open the Webex App on that Device.

I think this is not a good implementation for an Enterprise Application.

Other tools like Whatsapp, Signal or even MS Teams do not have this restriction.

    I found an additional problem with iOS:


    If you get invited to a new space or there is a message in a very old space where the Key is not cached anymore, then the Notificaion is only shown with "Title" + "New Message" instead the content of the message.

    This is a problem I have too. I work from my desk and then when I get up to roam the office I think I have a ton of messages when in reality I don't.
