adding an actionable button to the Webex Desktop Application that links to the Webex Help Center would put self-help documentation at the finger tips to the users that didn't know it was out there, making it visible and readily accessible. This adds benefit for the user experience as well as support teams.
We have it in the left navigation in the bottom...Help that links to Help center. Is that not prominent enough? Please do let us know. We are looking at making Help even better in the app and so your feedback will help.

To add clarity here, adding a button to the Desktop App have it direct to Help.Webex.com for all encompassing Webex questions. The "Help" in the settings is not easily visible and directs to help specifically for the Desktop App. Most people want to know how to record a meeting, etc. and don't know the KB is there when "help" currently is multiple clicks away and directs to info on the app itself.
