Request to remove/limit partner admin access in Control Hub

Currently, partners (example: Intrado manages a client in Control hub) are set up with Full Admin roles in Atlas. Then, when partner support logs into the site in Control Hub, support person is added in External Admins with Full Admin role. Client says that when Cisco TAC support accesses the site, they are added with Read-only role. Client is requesting the same ability for partner support as an option.

    9 Aug, 2021 06:12pm, this capability already exists and customer can disable Helpdesk access thru Org Settings in their Control Hub portal.
