My ELT have Webex Board 70S and 55S in their offices. Currently, we want to register these devices as personal devices for them. The challenge is that they do not want their calendar appearing when they are not in the office.

Is there a way for the boards to intelligently know WHO is in the room? As an example, when ultra sound pairing kicks on, can it have a check that checks "Is this so and so?" via the Webex App communicating with the board, or using facial recognition for those users that opt in to that? I really want to blow my ELT away, but this privacy concern is preventing it.
