In order to manage the process, it would be useful for the organiser to be able pull a listing of all pairings and also if someone is showing as out of office on Webex it should automatically exclude them from the pairing because they would not be there to click 'sit out'

It would also be good to be able to adjust the welcome card slightly according to the organisational needs
