The customer asked to enable the option share a ppt file on the WebEx training for the G-suite users, so the participants will be able to use the annotate.

Indeed, as a company restrection, it has been decided to switch from MS office to G-Suite.

As a consequence, powerpoint is now replaced by Google slide.

If a trainer wants to make all participants contribute to a document via "share a file" it's no longer possible to use a PPT file in webex training.
