Import distribution lists from Outlook/Skype

Our team currently uses a distribution list on Skype for business when advocates have an on call question. This way, someone is always available to answer, and because the question is going to multiple people, others can jump in if needed. There is a way to create groups in Webex messenger, however they do not appear to sync up with the Outlook distributions the way Skype does, and are therefor not dynamic. We do not want our advocate to need to add/remove people themselves.
