There is no ability to organize or manage PSTN numbers in WxC. And you can't move numbers between Locations (without a ticket) so you can't even use Locations to help group and manage pools of numbers. At the very least, Cisco should provide a short (50 characters or so, but more if possible) "Note" field or some other mechanism to group, tag, and/or make notes about phone numbers for grouping, usage, or management purposes. You should be able to search for this tag/note during number assignment as well. As it is, we must maintain a separate spreadsheet for this function.
