Removal of -~-~ characters from body of Outlook Webex meeting invites booked with Webex Scheduler

The -~-~ characters look unprofessional and it's time-consuming to have to delete them manually each time Webex is added or changed. These weren't appearing previously and should be removed from the template so the body is blank.

If this is a technical limitation/requirement then straight underscores would be preferred e.g.

    We require some sort of delimiter to distinguish the meeting agenda from the meeting join details due to some technical limitations. Is there a sequence of characters the customer would prefer to see used as the delimiter instead?

    A question that remains unanswered is "Why are they needed in the first place" and 'Why not just use spaces" if there is some obscure need.
