I use WebEx in the course of my job at IBM as a consultant to interact with other IBMers and our customers. As a WebEx user I have noticed two issues that I'd like to see investigated and ostensibly remediated:
1) It would be nice to be able to set a "meeting volume" that would cause WebEx then check the audio gain of all the meeting attendees when they speak (in real time) and cause all the people listened to hear the speaker at the same audio (output) volume.
2) I have noticed that audio coming via WebEx (and this does NOT happen when I am using my phone for the audio) is very choppy and there seems to be no jitter adjustment in realtime when using WebEx. This never happens when I use Zoom or Skype, why is WebEx having such a deficiency?
