This can be useful for Service Desk agents who use more than 1 softphone (e.g. one app for taking calls and another tool to contact end-users via chat and calls). The idea is that the end-users are able to disable the IP telephony feature in Webex Teams whenever they need to and then re-enable it later (similar to Jabber).
i would like to turn off the phone services on webex teams on Iphone and have messaging only.

We've deployed Webex teamsfor all users globally in our organization. Most of our office locations and users are using webex teams as softphone(using CUCM Calling), but some locations do not have cisco IP telephony infrastructure and they are still using different softphone clients for their telephone calls. It creates complexity of using two different tools to handle the incoming calls. We would wish to disable webex teams calls only for those selected users. Now this is one of the primary requirements.
