There is no reliable way to associate the seperate instances of the "service recording" ID with the "storage recording" ID when started and stopped more than once during the same Meeting instance(<ep:confID>).

The <ep:name> will match between the the "service recording" data and "storage recording" data but it is possible for user to modify the name so it may not be unique to identify seperate recording of the same exact Meeting instance(<ep:confID>).
