Wrongly chosen initials when splitting the username by string-space when the username contains brackets.

The logic removes the brackets and then the last string (which should be the user lastname) is chosen to the the last string in the username.

For instance:

username: Peter, Pan (Webex - CH)

Now the logic behind the initials first removes "(" and ")" and then takes the first alphabet from the first string (Peter) and the first alphabet from the last string (CH), hence the last string appears to be "CH" and the chosen initials are "PC".

The Operations team are working on fixing the initials logic so that the correct initials are always chosen.
