Option to reduce duplicate emails when meeting is changed as an alternate host

If a user is designated as an alternate host for a Cisco WebEx Meeting (via Outlook), and the meeting is changed, the user receives duplicate notifications stating it has been modified and changed. Please provide an option where users can somehow turn this off.
