We are using Webex Events to organize webinars (lest say one new webinar each 3 or 4 per week). In order to have a good ' marketing target,' we need to efficiently select customer and prospects, these based on the family of product which will be presented in the webinar. The audience for each webinar is basically totally different ( our activity is B to B ).
Current concern :
Today it is impossible so select easily 2000 or 2500 client among a total of 12000 client present in the company address book.
Doing it manually is quiet impossible based on an extraction of our ERP Client / prospect database, we' d like to be able to manage a new field, or two field, which would make it possible to qualify their interest in this or that type of machine.
As this is not possible today, we have to create the pertinent distribution list manually using carefully (the format of the final imported file is very sensitive) note pad or note pad c++ in order to create it. It is not very difficult, but:
It takes a lot of time
Only the IT service can make these modifications. We cannot delegate them to the marketing department, which should fully take over the management of invitations.
