Registration and Outlook appointment to watch a recorded session

Here are the steps to my problem:

  • My org hosts and records live sessions using Webex

  • We then post the recording onto LinkedIn Learning to produce a SSO link

  • We then create a go-to-meeting session with an event date, time, and add the SSO link within the event details

  • We then send a go-to-meeting registration link to our audience to register for the go-to-meeting session where they will watch the Webex recording

  • An attendee registers using the go-to-meeting registration link and receives an Outlook appointment from go-to-meeting with the SSO link included in the appointment details

  • At the time of the Outlook appointment, the attendee accesses and watches the recording using the SSO link within the Outlook appointment

These are a lot of steps to still be watching a Webex recording.

Can you develop a solution to solve this problem where attendees not only register to receive the recording from Webex via email.

Instead, give System Admins the ability to create an Webex event/meeting where we can schedule a designated time for a registrant to watch the recording? This way the registrant receives the recording via an Outlook appointment and not in their inbox only?
